Every Respec machine is tested and documented before it goes anywhere. From there you choose: pick it up in Chicago, or we ship it to your door.
Built first, proven second, shipped third
Nothing leaves the bench unproven. Your machine is assembled in the lead time quoted on its build page, 5–8 business days for most, then tested with a MemTest86 pass on the memory, 3DMark for graphics and CPU, and a FurMark thermal soak, then documented in a proof pack: component serials, a capture of the running system, its benchmark results, and a video walkthrough of your unit. Only then does it ship or get handed over.
Pickup in Chicago, free
Collect your machine in person and we walk you through it: the build, the test results, the paperwork. You see it running before you take it home. Pickup is arranged by email once your build passes its tests.
Delivery and setup in Chicago, also free
Inside the city, we bring the machine to you and set it up at the desk: unboxed, cabled, connected to your network and monitors, running before we leave. The person delivering it is the person who built it, so any question gets answered on the spot. Scheduled by email, same as pickup.
Nationwide shipping
Machines ship in purpose-packed boxes: the graphics card supported so it cannot sag against the slot in transit, loose cables secured, the enclosure suspended, tracking on every box. The exact shipping cost is shown before you pay, never after.
If something arrives wrong
Your proof pack shows the machine working on the bench, so transit damage is unambiguous. Email us and we make it right. One year of parts and labour from delivery, and the person who built it answers your email for as long as we're here.
